MEET GIUSEPPE

Giuseppe speaks fluent food. 

Born in the year Italy won the world cup, Giuseppe started churning olive oil and stretching cheese when he was 4. His cooking is understated, generous and full of detail. Fusing old-school methods with a contemporary approach, Giuseppe’s life story is strung together by food.

Serving big flavours with zero ego, his culinary quest took him through the kitchens of Europe and all the way to Australia. To his friends & family, this is how he shares his joy for life.
